WHAT WE COLLECT

We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us.  We collect Personal Data from you. “Personal Data” means any information that may be used to identify an individual. Personal Data does not include de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated data that does not include personally identifying information. In connection with the Services, you may be asked to provide us the following Personal Data and other information: your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, username, password geographic boundaries, and other information you directly give us on our Site.

Information We Get from Others, including third party providers and tools.  We may get information about you from other sources.  We may collect your device information, operating system information and browser information. We may add this to information we get from this Site.

Information Automatically Collected.  We automatically log information, including your IP address about you and your computer. For example, when visiting our Site, we log‎ pages you viewed, and information about your use of and actions on our Site.

Analytics. We may use third-party analytics tools to collect information about use of our Site. Analytics tools collect information such as how often users visit our Site, what pages users visit when users visit our Site, and the other websites they accessed prior to accessing our Site. We use the information we gather from analytics to improve our Site and the services that are provided through our Site. Analytics tools collect information such as the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our Site but do not collect Personal Data. We do not combine the information collected through the use of analytics with Personal Data. Although our analytics tools may plant a cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our Site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but our analytics tools. In the event that we use Google’s ‘Google Analytics’ and/or Hubspot’s analytic tools, then Google’s ability to use and share information collected by ‘Google Analytics’ and/or HubSpot’s ability to use and share information collected by HubSpot’s analytics tools about your visits to our Site are restricted by their respective terms of use and privacy policies (see links below). You can prevent analytics tools from recognizing you on return visits to this Site by disabling cookies on your web browser.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

We collect information through technology, such as cookies, flash cookies, embedded scripts or code, and web beacons when you visit our Site.

We and other third parties with whom we may partner may use cookies, clear GIFs and. pngs (also known as ‘web beacons’), or local shared objects (sometimes called ‘flash cookies’) to help personalize the services that we provide through our Site.

Cookies. We may log information using “cookies.” A cookie is a text file that is placed on your computer or other device by a server. Cookies help us make our Site and your visit better. We use cookies to see which parts of our Site people use and like and to count visits to our Site. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer or other device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by the server that issued the cookie to you. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies, but the Site or certain parts of the Site may be unusable if you elect to reject cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify the settings to decline cookies if you prefer.

Web Beacon. A web beacon is typically a transparent .gif or. pngs graphic image (usually 1 pixel by 1 pixel in size), which allows us or third parties with whom we may partner to measure the actions of users who interact with the portion of the Site that contain the web beacons. We may log information using digital images called Web beacons on our Site or in our emails. We use Web beacons to manage cookies, count visits, and to learn what marketing works and what does not.  We also use Web Beacons to tell if you open or act on our emails, measure traffic and related browsing behavior, and to improve your experience when using our Site. We and other third parties may also use customized links or other similar technologies to track hyperlinks that you click and associate that information with your Personal Data in order to provide you with more focused communications. Your browser cannot decline web beacons, but normally, if you set your browser to decline cookies or to prompt for a response to use cookies, will keep web beacons from tracking your activity.

Tracking Technology. We use HubSpot embedded code tracking technology in order to track our Site visitors and gather website traffic analytics.

Do Not Track Signals. Your browser may be able to send a “Do Not Track” message when you visit our Site. Do Not Track messages do not hide any of your information, and the Company accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for complying with Do Not Track requests.
